We are looking for a highly responsible, confident, and customer-oriented
Store Manager
to lead our premium Watches Showroom. The ideal candidate will oversee all showroom operations, manage the sales team, ensure high-quality customer service, maintain inventory accuracy, and achieve sales targets. This position requires strong leadership qualities, product knowledge of watches, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and
manage daily operations of the watch showroom
to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.
Lead, train, guide, and motivate sales executives to achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
Welcome customers, understand their requirements, and ensure they receive expert guidance related to watch brands, models, features, and pricing.
Handle customer complaints, queries, and exchange requests with patience and professionalism.
Maintain excellent merchandise presentation, display arrangements, lighting, and overall showroom hygiene.
Oversee stock management: monitor inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
Ensure all watches are properly tagged, cleaned, and displayed, including premium and limited-edition collections.
Analyze daily sales reports, track performance, and share weekly/monthly reports with management.
Implement promotional activities, festive offers, and marketing strategies to increase footfall and sales.
Manage staff schedules, attendance, performance evaluations, and maintain discipline within the team.
Ensure accurate billing, manage cash/card/UPI transactions, and oversee POS operations.
Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and team members for long-term business growth.
Stay updated with new watch launches, brand updates, technical features, and current market trends.
Ensure the showroom follows all operational, safety, and security guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline; specialization in retail management is a plus.
2-3
years of experience in retail management, preferably in
watches, , or premium accessories.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills in
Hindi and English.
Good knowledge of inventory control, retail operations, and customer service.
Well-groomed, punctual, and capable of handling pressure during peak sales periods.
