Store Manager
to handle day-to-day operations, manage staff, and deliver outstanding customer service.
Experience Required:
Minimum 2 years in retail or bakery management.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily store operations and monitor staff performance.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve queries or complaints promptly.
Track inventory levels and coordinate with the factory for product supply.
Maintain store hygiene, cleanliness, and attractive product displays.
Manage billing, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.
Train, schedule, and motivate store team members.
Prepare basic stock and expense reports.
Coordinate effectively between the store and management.
Requirements:
Experience:
Prior experience in retail, bakery, or food service management
required
(no freshers).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of billing, stock management, and cash handling.
Ability to manage staff and long working hours efficiently.
Qualification:
Graduate pass with relevant experience.
