Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
Drive sales targets and implement strategies to maximize revenue
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns effectively
Recruit, train, coach, and supervise store staff
Maintain visual merchandising and brand presentation standards
Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control
Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Handle cash management, billing, and store audits
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Required Qualifications & Skills
2-4 years of experience in retail management (preferably in beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brands)
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
Knowledge of skincare products and current beauty trends is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
