Store Manager

to lead our retail store operations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning Lead the sales team and achieve monthly sales targets Provide excellent customer service and handle client queries Maintain proper stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse Ensure the showroom is clean, well-organized, and displays are updated Train and motivate staff for better performance Prepare daily sales and stock reports Follow company policies and ensure billing accuracy

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 3-5 years of retail or showroom management experience Strong leadership and communication skills Sales-driven mindset with good customer handling skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, POS software) Knowledge of office furniture is a plus

Working Hours:

6 days a week Weekly off on a Sunday
