About the Role:

We are looking for a

Store Manager cum Sales Executive

. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for

managing store operations and driving sales

, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Management:

Oversee daily store operations, including

opening, closing, stock management, and store upkeep

. Maintain a

clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment

.

Sales & Customer Engagement:

Greet and assist customers, providing

product information and guidance

. Promote and sell products to achieve

sales targets

. Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Inventory & Stock Handling:

Monitor stock levels, ensure

timely restocking

of products, and maintain inventory records.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the

sales and marketing team

to ensure a smooth store experience. Participate in

product and sales training sessions

.

Reporting & Feedback:

Prepare basic sales and stock reports. Share customer feedback and insights with the team.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Female candidates only

(fresher-friendly).
Good

communication skills

and a

friendly attitude

.

Basic knowledge of sales or customer service

is a plus (training will be provided).
Ability to

learn quickly and adapt to store operations

.
Minimum qualification:

12th pass / Graduate

(any stream).
Willingness to work in a

retail environment

with flexible shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:

Freshers and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
Experience in

retail or sales

is an advantage but not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
