Pizza Wings is looking for a highly motivated and experienced

Store Manager

to lead one of our dynamic restaurant locations. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning, excellent customer service, team performance, and financial success.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the store, including food preparation, customer service, staffing, inventory, and cleanliness. Recruit, train, and supervise team members to maintain a high standard of service and efficiency. Monitor and manage labor costs, food costs, and other operational expenses to meet sales and profitability targets. Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation standards are maintained in compliance with company and regulatory guidelines. Handle customer complaints, feedback, and special requests in a professional and timely manner. Schedule shifts and assign tasks to ensure optimal productivity. Maintain inventory levels and place orders as needed. Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews. Promote a positive team environment and uphold company values and policies
