Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth inventory flow. Maintain accurate records of stock, receipts, and issues. Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking. Apply FIFO/FEFO methods for stock management. Coordinate with suppliers and production for timely material availability. Handle GRNs, dispatch documents, and support stock audits. Manage scrap sales, e-way bills, and job work coordination. Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with ISO 13485, GMP & QMS. Supervise staff and ensure adherence to company policies. Handle petty cash and vehicle arrangements for material movement.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce/Supply Chain or related field. Minimum 10 years' experience in store/inventory management (manufacturing/medical device industry preferred). Proficiency in Tally, ERP & MS Excel. Strong knowledge of raw & packing material handling. Excellent communication, organizational, and team management skills.
