We are seeking an experienced

Store Manager

with a passion for men's ethnic wear. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing store operations, delivering excellent customer service, and boosting sales. You should have a deep understanding of ethnic fashion trends, fabric quality, and customer preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow Assist customers with styling recommendations for weddings, festivals, and special occasions Manage inventory, stock levels, and merchandising of ethnic collections (Sherwanis, Kurtas, Nehru jackets, etc.) Train and motivate the sales team to provide top-notch customer service Maintain relationships with VIP and repeat customers Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand aesthetics Track sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service issues professionally

Requirements:

Experience:

5+ years in fashion retail, preferably in

men's ethnic wear

Skills:

Sales, customer service, leadership, and inventory management

Knowledge:

Understanding of traditional men's fashion, fabrics, embroidery, and seasonal trends

Personality:

Well-groomed, outgoing, and passionate about ethnic fashion

Education:

Degree/diploma in fashion, business, or a related field (preferred)
