Role Overview
We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Manager to manage daily store operations, inventory, billing, and customer coordination. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling retail stores, preferably in electrical, lighting, or hardware products.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day store operations smoothly
Handle billing, invoicing, and basic accounts coordination
Maintain stock records, inventory control, and material inward/outward
Coordinate with sales team, suppliers, and warehouse
Ensure proper display and availability of products in the store
Handle customer inquiries and provide basic product information
Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and compliance within the store
Prepare daily/weekly reports and submit to management
Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Store Manager / Store Executive / Counter Manager
Experience in LED lights, electrical, hardware, or retail store operations preferred
Basic knowledge of billing software and MS Excel
Good communication and coordination skills
Honest, disciplined, and responsible approach to work
Ability to handle store independently
