Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership:Lead, motivate, and train sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide superior customer service.
Sales & Strategy:Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to meet business objectives and drive growth.
Customer Service:Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by handling inquiries and complaints professionally, building loyalty, and offering personalized service.
Inventory Management:Monitor, manage, and control store inventory, including ordering, receiving, and replenishing stock to avoid understocking or overstocking.
Merchandising:Plan and execute merchandising strategies, maintaining the store's visual appearance and product displays to company standards.
Operations Management:Oversee daily store operations, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Staff Development:Conduct regular staff training sessions, mentorship, and performance reviews to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Reporting & Analysis:Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
Security:Implement security measures to prevent theft and maintain high store standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a retail store manager, with jewelry industry experience being highly preferred.
Strong sales background and a track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
Proficiency in inventory management, POS systems, and reporting tools like Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, problem-solve, and maintain effective customer relationships.
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
