Assist in managing the overall store operations to ensure smooth functioning.
Monitor store opening, closing, and daily operational checklists.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards.
Drive sales targets and support in achieving revenue goals.
Monitor stock levels, conduct regular stock audits, and minimize shrinkage.
Ensure accurate billing and cash management at POS.
Assist in scheduling, training, and supervising store staff.
Conduct team briefings and monitor performance.
Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork.
Maintain sales reports, customer feedback logs, and operational records.
Share insights with Store Manager for improving efficiency and sales.
Skills:
Graduate in Business/Commerce/Retail Management preferred.
3-5 yrs of experience in Retail-Furniture showroom
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability
