Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Store Manager to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product knowledge, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. You will play a vital role in achieving sales targets, maintaining store standards, and creating a welcoming environment for both pets and their owners.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in finding the right products for their pets. Provide expert advice on pet care, food, and accessories. Achieve sales targets by promoting in-store offers and cross-selling products. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store. Ensure stock levels are maintained and replenish shelves as needed. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner. Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately. Assist in indoor and outdoor promotional activities. Keep up to date with product knowledge and new arrivals.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a pet store or a related industry. Passion for animals and knowledge of pet care. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Team player with a positive attitude. Basic math and cash handling skills. High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
