Job Title: Store Manager - Female (Minimum 2 Years' Experience)

Location: Kanpur, Mirzapur

Salary: Up to ₹6.5
LPA (including PF & ESI benefits)

Job Brief

We are seeking an experienced female Store Manager with at least 2 years of retail management experience. You will lead and motivate a small team to deliver excellent customer service, drive sales performance, and ensure seamless daily store operations. Strong communication and team-handling skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Based on industry-standard retail manager templates

Oversee day-to-day store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and staff scheduling. Motivate, train, and guide team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Manage inventory levels, perform regular stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers. Execute merchandising strategies and maintain visual merchandising standards. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally. Analyze sales reports and metrics to identify opportunities and drive growth. Ensure compliance with store policies, health, safety regulations, and statutory requirements (PF, ESI). Conduct regular team meetings and performance appraisals.
Required Qualifications & Skills (Must
have)

Minimum of 2 years experience in retail or store management in a supervisory role. Good verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability in team leadership and coordination. Strong customer-service orientation and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with POS systems and basic IT tools (e.g. MS Office). Ability to maintain composure in a busy, fast-paced retail environment.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Commerce or related field. Experience with visual merchandising or promotional campaigns. Knowledge of retail analytics tools, budgeting, or e
commerce integration.
