Oversee all aspects of Store Operations including sales, customer service, etc.
2) Drive the topline and profitability of the store assigned
3) Train, motivate and mentor store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
4) Create and maintain a positive working environment by fostering teamwork and
communication.
5) Adhere to the Company SOPs and daily work plan. Make sure that the operations run
smoothly on day to day basis.
6) Handle all customer queries and concerns
7) Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program, operational, and
personnel policies and procedures.
8) Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following
up on work results
9) Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees.
10) Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks and ensure accurate stock.
11) Ensure the Store Visual merchandising is always at its best.
12) Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth.
