Fennel defines stunning lifestyle products and high end furniture in its true manner luxuriously lifestyle designs and innovatively picked home decor are forte of Fennel.Job Responsibilities: Developing store strategies to raise customers pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability

• Dealing with clients, architects, interior designers, builder's footfalls at the store for ensuring sales- business generation and meeting sales goals.
• Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
• Monitoring the financial performance of the store
• Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Coordination with Visual Merchandiser
• Timely suggestions and changes in the display of the articles
• Best utilization of space in the store
• Following the colour theme and make the store attractive
• Synchronize with warehouse for deliveries, accounts for payment/refunds and related reconciliation, purchase team for customization and tailoring the order execution within timelines.
• Ensuring the availability of the products which is high in demand
• Required to visit client's place for understanding of interior designing / decoration
• Training & motivation to the team in order to achieve the individual and store target
