Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive sales growth. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing store operations, leading teams, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and optimize store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.

2. Lead and develop a team of sales associates, providing coaching and feedback to improve performance.

3. Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement.

4. Manage store budgets, inventory, and expenses.

5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

6. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform business decisions.

7. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.

2. Experience with inventory management software and POS systems.

3. Certification in retail management or leadership development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
