to oversee daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, handling billing, supervising staff, and ensuring smooth store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day store operations
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are adequate
Handle billing and manage the point-of-sale (POS) system
Supervise and train store staff
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer issues
Keep the store clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of inventory management and billing processes
Familiarity with POS systems and basic accounting
Excellent leadership and organizational skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
