We are looking for an experienced Pet Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, manage staff, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service in a pet retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end store operations and team performance.
Drive sales, achieve targets, and improve customer experience.
Handle inventory management, stock planning, and vendor coordination.
Ensure proper care standards, hygiene, and store presentation.
Handle customer queries, escalations, and relationship management.
Prepare sales reports and coordinate with management.
Requirements:
Experience in retail store management (pet store experience preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
Passion for pets and pet care products is an added advantage.
