Store Manager
Experience - 10-15 Years
JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for driving sales, profitability, visual merchandising, and customer satisfaction
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Achieve revenue, gross margin, and sales targets
2. Manage inventory levels, minimize shrinkage, and control expenses to improve profitability.
3. Implement and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and visual merchandising guidelines for effective product presentation.
4. Recruit, train, and develop staff on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service best practices.
5. Gather and analyze consumer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance customer satisfaction levels.
KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
1. Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
2. Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and manage a team effectively.
3. Customer-centric approach and strong problem-solving skills.
4. Proficiency in data analysis, numerical skills, and financial metrics.
Salary - Negotiable

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
