Require candidate for our client, a reputed manufacturer of luxury wooden furniture

JD : Store Manager

Roles & Responsibility :

Inventory Management

Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely reordering to avoid shortages.

Material Receipt & Issue

Ensure proper checking, documentation, and storage of received goods.
Timely issuance of materials to production or departments as per requisitions.

Stock Audits & Reporting

Conduct regular physical stock audits.
Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.

Warehouse Organization

Maintain a clean, organized, and systematic layout for efficient material handling.
Implement FIFO/LIFO practices as required.

Team Supervision

Manage store staff - assign duties, monitor performance, and ensure discipline.
Train team members on store procedures and safety protocols.

Coordination

Coordinate with purchase, production, accounts, and other departments.
Ensure timely communication of material requirements and discrepancies.

Compliance & Safety

Ensure all safety, security, and compliance protocols are followed within the store premises.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
