Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily store operations
Supervise and train staff
Provide excellent customer service and understand customer requirements
Inventory management - stock checking, refilling, and maintaining records
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store growth
Handle billing, cash transactions, and maintain store cleanliness
Stay updated with new collections, trends, and fabric knowledge
Required Experience:
1+ year
of experience as a Manager/Supervisor in the garment sector
3+ years
of total experience in women's garments (Saree, Suit, Lehenga)
Good knowledge of fabric, quality, and design patterns
Required Skills:
Strong communication and customer handling skills
Team leadership and staff management
Sales and marketing understanding
Problem-solving and decision-making ability

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
