GIOIA, a promising brand specializing in premium quality luxury leather goods, is seeking a
stylish, fashion-forward, and highly competent Store Manager to become a part of its India Retail team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about luxury retail and possess a keen sense of style and leadership.
Role Overview
As a Store Manager at GIOIA, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue and achieving profit targets for the brand. Your role requires ensuring an optimal mix and turnover of stock, supported by the sales and marketing division. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing and implementing effective sales plans to maximize brand penetration and profitability.
Main Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
6-8 years of experience in Retail Store Management, with a strong background in retail.
Extensive experience working with national and international advertising agencies.
Experience in female luxury brands is considered an advantage.
Comprehensive knowledge of the Indian market.
Proven strategic thinking abilities.
Excellent product knowledge, stock management, and sales skills.
Outstanding communication skills in English. Knowledge of Hindi and other regional languages is preferred.
Ability to continuously motivate staff to achieve assigned sales and productivity goals.
Support the development of associates' sales techniques and ensure high levels of sales and service.
Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute sales strategies.
Good health is required.
