Job Description

1. ROLE PURPOSE



To ensure

accurate inventory management

,

timely material availability

,

zero stock discrepancies

, and

smooth inward/outward movement

of all materials required for production, installation, and dispatch. The Store Executive is responsible for maintaining documentation, cleanliness, safety of materials, and coordination with procurement and production.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (KRAs)A. Inventory Accuracy & Control



Maintain

100% accurate stock records

in the system (SAP/ERP/manual). Ensure

real-time updates

for all inward/outward transactions. Perform daily cycle counts and monthly physical stock audits. Maintain minimum & maximum stock levels as per BOM and reorder points.

B. Material Inward (GRN) Management



Receive materials, verify quantity, quality, and specifications against PO. Prepare

GRN within 24 hours

of receipt. Communicate shortages/damages to Purchase and QA immediately. Ensure proper tagging, labelling, and binning of received items.

C. Material Outward & Issue Management



Issue materials to production teams and technicians against approved requisitions. Maintain

accurate issue slips

and update the system instantly. Coordinate with Dispatch for packing lists, weighing, and final shipment.

D. Store Organisation & Housekeeping



Maintain a

clean, safe, well-organised

storage area. Ensure proper rack labelling, segregation of materials, and FIFO. Monitor tools, consumables, spares, and critical stock.

E. Coordination & Reporting



Coordinate with Purchase for replenishment. Work with Production to plan material availability for weekly schedules. Prepare daily stock movement reports. Escalate shortages or urgent requirements proactively.

4. SKILLS & COMPETENCIES REQUIREDTechnical Skills



Knowledge of engineering items, spares, and consumables Strong command of ERP/SAP/Zoho/Excel Understanding of BOM, PO, GRN, and stock ledgers Ability to identify material quality and specification mismatch Basic material handling (weighing, packing, palletisation)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
