Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Manage stock levels, audits, and replenishment to avoid shortages/overstocking.
Use ERP systems for billing, stock tracking, and reporting.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports in Excel & Word.
Lead and train store staff to achieve performance goals.
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve escalations.
