Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and excellent customer experience.
Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and visual displays.
Manage stock levels, inventory accuracy, and timely replenishment.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and retail standards.
Sales & Customer Service
Drive store sales through effective team coaching and customer engagement.
Maintain a customer-first environment and handle escalated customer concerns.
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet store targets.
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.
Create staff schedules, manage shift coverage, and monitor team performance.
Motivate staff to achieve personal and store goals.
Financial & Administrative Duties
Manage cash handling, daily reporting, and store opening/closing procedures.
Monitor expenses and reduce operational costs where possible.
Analyze sales data and report trends to management.
Visual Merchandising
Implement seasonal and promotional visual merchandising guidelines.
Ensure the store layout enhances the customer experience and supports sales goals.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in retail (fashion experience preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work under pressure.
Good understanding of retail KPIs and sales strategies.
Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
