Record all purchases received and materials indented in the company's online system daily
Maintain an accurate record of all material transactions (inward and outward)
Raise material indents based on requirements shared by the plant supervisor or production team
Track all materials in transit using docket numbers shared by the purchase or logistics team
Verify the quality and specification of received materials with the indenter or relevant plant personnel
Update the online stock sheet/database immediately after material receipt or issuance
Prepare and send a weekly report listing all indents with pending Purchase Orders
Conduct monthly reviews of total purchases and consumption of all materials
Job Requirements:
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, or ERP/inventory management software
Graduate (preferably in Commerce, Supply Chain, or Industrial Management)
Excellent communication and coordination skills
High attention to detail and record accuracy
Minimum 2 years of experience in store/inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment
