Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Operations:

Manage daily store activities, opening/closing, cash handling, stock replenishment, and maintain cleanliness.

Inventory:

Control stock levels, order supplies, manage deliveries, and conduct regular audits.

Sales & Profitability:

Drive sales, meet targets, implement promotions, analyze trends, and control expenses.

Staff Management:

Recruit, train, schedule, motivate, and conduct performance reviews for store staff.

Customer Service:

Ensure high guest satisfaction, handle complaints, and maintain excellent service standards.

Merchandising:

Maintain store appearance, visual displays, and ensure product availability.

Compliance:

Adhere to health, safety, employment laws, and hotel policies.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Experience:

Store management: 2 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
