Manage end-to-end daily operations of the bar/restaurant
Lead, train, and supervise service, bar, kitchen, and cashier teams
Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue
Manage inventory, stock ordering, vendor coordination, and cost control
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and conflict resolution effectively
Oversee cash handling, billing accuracy, and daily financial reports
Plan staff rosters, manage attendance, and control manpower costs
Maintain SOPs, quality standards, and brand guidelines
Requirements & Skills:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Store Manager / Assistant Manager / Restaurant Manager
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good knowledge of bar and restaurant operations
Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and reporting
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and local compliance norms

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
