We specialize in quality ethnic wear with fine chikankari work, offering a wide range of kurtis, suits, and sets at fair prices. Our focus is on good presentation, honest dealings, and customer satisfaction through consistent service and variety

Role: Store Manager

We're looking for a responsible and dynamic individual to take full charge of daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all day-to-day store activities and staff performance Ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction Maintain store decorum, cleanliness, and product display Handle customer inquiries, issues, and build long-term relationships Track inventory, manage billing, and coordinate with the owner for stock planning Supervise and motivate the sales team to meet targets Have an eye for detail in visual merchandising and product presentation

Requirements:

Experience in fashion or retail management (preferred) Excellent communication and customer-handling skills Leadership mindset with accountability Trustworthy, punctual, and organized

Salary:

Based on experience and performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
