Job Summary:



As a Store Manager at Reliance My Jio Store, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers while achieving sales targets and maximizing profitability.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Team Leadership:



- Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates.

- Set performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

2. Sales and Customer Service:



- Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, pricing, and promotional strategies.

- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.

- Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions as necessary.

3. Inventory Management:



- Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and prevent overstock or shortages.

- Conduct regular inventory audits and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment.

- Implement efficient stock rotation and markdown strategies.

4. Store Operations:



- Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive store environment.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including security measures.

- Manage daily cash and financial transactions accurately.

5. Visual Merchandising:



- Implement visual merchandising standards to create an appealing product display.

- Monitor product presentation and update displays to promote sales.

6. Sales Analysis and Reporting:



- Analyze sales data and trends to make informed business decisions.

- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, inventory, and operational metrics.

Qualifications:



- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.

- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the electronics industry.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficiency in using MS office tools.

- Knowledge of electronic products and accessories is a plus.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
