Ensure smooth workflow across sales, fitment, alignment, and billing.
Maintain showroom cleanliness, stock display, and layout standards.
Sales & Customer Service
Drive showroom sales and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
Engage with customers, understand vehicle needs, and recommend the right tyre solutions.
Resolve customer queries & complaints effectively.
Inventory & Vendor Coordination
Maintain optimum stock levels for tyres, tubes, alloy wheels, and accessories.
Coordinate with suppliers for timely stock replenishment.
Manage stock records, audits, and GRNs.
Team Leadership
Supervise fitters, technicians, sales staff, and billing personnel.
Conduct briefings, allocate tasks, and track performance.
Train the team on product knowledge and customer service protocols.
Billing & Documentation
Oversee billing, ensure accuracy, and manage daily sales reports.
Maintain proper records of warranties, invoices, and customer data.
Compliance & Safety
Maintain safety standards in the workshop/fitment areas.
Ensure adherence to company policies and showroom SOPs.
Key Skills Required
Excellent communication & customer-handling skills
Knowledge of tyre brands, fitment, alignment & balancing
Experience in retail store management
Basic computer skills (billing software, Excel)
Leadership & decision-making ability
Qualifications
Graduate (Preferred)
Experience in tyre retail or automotive showroom will be an advantage
