MERCI is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our luxury home decor boutique.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily store operations, sales, and customer engagement. Maintain high standards of store presentation and product display. Build strong relationships with clients, offering personalized shopping experiences. Manage inventory, stock levels, and vendor coordination. Train and motivate staff to achieve sales targets.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop long-term customer relationships.
Ability to adapt to changing business needs and customer preferences
Previous experience in managing a diverse team in a high-traffic retail environment.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
