Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Manage and train sales executives and floor staff.
Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.
Maintain stock records, product displays, and store cleanliness.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure premium service.
Collaborate with marketing & admin teams for store promotions.
Prepare sales reports, performance data, and daily cash summaries.
Requirements
Graduate or Diploma (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
2+ years of experience in retail/store management.
Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
Ability to drive sales and build customer relationships.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, POS systems).
