Job Description

1.

Sales & Scheme Target Achievement



Drive the team to achieve daily/monthly sales and saving scheme enrolments.

Support the Assistant Manager and Sales Team in closures.

Maintain personal engagement with HNI customers (min. 200) and ensure regular follow-ups.

2.

TDF Sales Playbook & MIS Management



Ensure accurate and timely data input (Super 250, Zoho AWB, Pipeline, SMMP).

Monitor and report MIS for sales vs. target achievement.

3.

Performance Monitoring of sales team



Conduct daily team-wise meetings with ASM.

Ensure timely interventions to meet sales goals.

Track team-wise NB and KH.

4.

Training & Skill Development



Conduct weekly training and role-plays focusing on product knowledge, customer handling, and communication skills.

Observe and refine team's on-floor sales approach.

Ensure team is updated on collections, offers, and TDF policies.

5.

Competitor & Market Intelligence



Stay updated with competitor strategies and market trends.

Share insights and best practices with the team regularly.

6.

Customer Order & Inquiry Management



Track and manage customer orders, follow-ups, and inquiries.

Ensure timely processing and delivery of orders with proper documentation.

7.

Store Operations & SOP Compliance



Oversee opening/closing procedures, jewellery display, visual merchandising, and overall store upkeep.

Ensure staff grooming and operational discipline as per SOPs.

8.

Task Delegation & Subordinate Management



Guide and monitor tasks assigned to AM, sales team (A-B-C), AAE, runner boy, and housekeeping.

Ensure effective completion of tasks including Super 250 calls, follow-ups, and BTL activities.

9.

Customer Experience & On-Floor Monitoring



Supervise customer interactions, assist with high-value sales, and ensure exceptional service.

Share customer anecdotes and teach empathetic engagement for relationship building.

10.

New Joiner Training & Support



Conduct structured onboarding on SOPs and product knowledge.

Mentor new team members until they reach performance standards.

Pay: From ?45,000.00 per month
