We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Store Manager. The candidate will be responsible for supporting store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and assisting in achieving sales and performance targets for the brand.
Key responsibility:
Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day store operations.Ensure high standards of customer service and overall store presentation.Monitor sales performance and support in achieving monthly targets.Manage staff scheduling, training, and team development.Maintain stock levels, merchandising standards, and store hygiene.Handle customer complaints and feedback effectively.Support visual merchandising and brand guidelines.
Requirements
:
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
in retail management, preferably in apparel or lifestyle brands.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-centric approach with a proven track record in sales achievement.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and inventory management.
