Store Manager - Essential Traditions by Kayal (Hyderabad) Responsible for overall store operations, sales performance, and customer experience at the Hyderabad store. Ensures brand standards are upheld, drives daily sales targets, manages inventory and staff, and delivers exceptional, personalized service. Oversees store hygiene, visual merchandising, billing accuracy, and stock controls. Leads the team through SOPs, training, and motivation, while coordinating with head office on reporting, promotions, events, and feedback. Accountable for achieving store targets, maintaining costs, and building long-term customer relationships.
