We are seeking a dynamic Jewellery Store Manager to lead our store operations, drive sales of premium silver jewellery, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee daily store activities, manage a team of sales associates, optimize inventory, and implement marketing strategies to meet revenue targets. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, has a passion for jewellery, and excels in building customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with safety and hygiene standards. Lead, train, and motivate a team of 5-10 sales staff to achieve individual and team sales targets through coaching and performance reviews. Drive sales growth by promoting silver jewellery collections, upselling high-margin items, and organizing in-store events or promotions. Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and loss prevention to maintain optimal stock levels and store presentation. Build strong customer relationships, handle queries/complaints, and implement loyalty programs to boost repeat business and referrals. Analyze sales data, prepare MIS reports, and collaborate with HQ on marketing campaigns, including social media tie-ins for Instagram reels. Ensure adherence to company policies, jewellery authentication standards, and local regulations (e.g., hallmarking for silver products).

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Retail, or related field; certification in jewellery sales/merchandising preferred. 3+ years of experience as a Store Manager or Supervisor in jewellery/retail, with proven track record in silver/gold sales. Strong leadership and communication skills; proficiency in MS Excel for MIS reporting and basic Adobe tools for promotional content. Knowledge of jewellery trends, customer preferences in Andhra Pradesh market, and POS systems. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a customer-first mindset and ability to work weekends/holidays.
