Job Description

Operations Management:

Oversee daily activities, ensure smooth running, and maintain store/warehouse standards and cleanliness.

Inventory Control:

Manage stock levels, control receiving (PO/MRR), storage (ABC analysis), issuing (production requests), dispatch (DC/STN), and reconciliation.

Staff Supervision:

Supervise, train, motivate, and manage schedules for store personnel.

Coordination:

Liaise with production, procurement, sales, and quality assurance (QA) teams.

Reporting & Compliance:

Maintain accurate records, generate reports, handle documentation, and ensure adherence to safety/company policies.

Customer Service:

Ensure high customer satisfaction, handle inquiries, and manage store presentation (in retail).

Logistics:

Manage incoming/outgoing shipments and vehicle arrangements.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
