Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to brand standards.
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, product display, and store hygiene.
Monitor inventory levels and stock replenishment.
Handle customer escalations and ensure a premium customer experience.
Manage the store WhatsApp to build regular connections with clients
Prepare sales reports and share insights on customer behaviour, top sellers, and improvements.
Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
Coordinate with the head office for marketing activities, new launches, and operational updates.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 1 years in a supervisory role.
Strong people management, and communication skills.
Proven track record in achieving store sales targets.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Knowledge of retail POS systems and basic reporting tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
Preferred Qualities
Experience in lifestyle, home decor, fashion, or premium retail.
Customer-first mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
High ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
