Lead and manage sales team:
Hire, train, and motivate sales associates to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies:
Create and execute plans to drive sales, increase revenue, and meet business objectives.
Customer relationship management:
Build strong relationships with customers, resolve issues, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Inventory and merchandising:
Oversee stock levels, manage inventory, and ensure the store's visual displays are attractive and organized.
Sales performance analysis:
Monitor sales activities, analyze data, and prepare reports and forecasts for management.
Promotional activities:
Coordinate with marketing to plan and execute promotions and campaigns.
Compliance and operations:
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and manage daily store operations.
