We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our Hyderabad store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, managing store operations, and leading a motivated team to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations and ensure a seamless luxury retail experience.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Lead, train, and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Build strong relationships with high-value clients and drive client retention.
Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
Manage inventory, stock control, and operational processes.
Prepare sales reports and provide business insights to the management team.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and brand values.
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of experience in luxury fashion.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship skills.
Deep understanding of the luxury market and customer behaviour.
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
