What You'll Be Doing:

Delivering top-notch customer service:

Maintaining hygiene and tidiness:

Keep the store looking clean, organized, and inviting - at all times.

Inventory management & stock forecasting:

Stay one step ahead - ensure shelves are stocked, supplies are ready, and orders are placed well before it becomes urgent.

Engaging and developing staff:

Motivate, train, and support your team to ensure everyone is working to their strengths.

Procuring feedback and reviews:

Actively seek customer feedback and online reviews to improve service and reputation continually.

What We're Looking For:

A natural communicator - warm, clear, and engaging. Highly organized with an eye for cleanliness and detail. Proactive in problem-solving and decision-making. Experience in inventory management and basic stock forecasting. A people-person who thrives on human interaction and team engagement.
