Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure seamless functioning
Lead, train, and motivate the team to achieve store performance goals
Deliver exceptional customer service and handle escalations effectively
Ensure adherence to Apple's service standards and operational excellence
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in retail store management (preferably in electronics or premium retail)
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
Customer-centric mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
Willingness to attend 15-20 days of training in Bangalore prior to joining
