Store Manager

Responsibilities

:

1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the Atelier by AK store.

2. Assist in sales: greet clients, understand their requirements, and provide a bespoke shopping experience.

3. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring consistent follow-up and after-sales service.

4. Coordinate with the workshop team to track ongoing orders, alterations, and timely delivery of garments.

5. Oversee store presentation, merchandise display, and overall customer experience.

6. Handle escalations, special requests, and VIP clientele with professionalism.

7. Maintain basic sales records and share updates with management.

Requirements

:

1. Prior experience in

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Organized, proactive, and able to multitask between client handling and backend coordination.

Accountant / Inventory Controller

Responsibilities

:

1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping of all store and workshop financial transactions.

2.

Track sales, payments, invoices, and vendor bills.

3. Monitor and maintain inventory:

fabrics, accessories, trims, packaging material, etc.

4. Conduct periodic stock checks and reconcile physical vs. system inventory.

5. Implement process checks to ensure accuracy and prevent losses/leakages.

6. Generate reports on

sales, expenses, stock movement, and cash flow for management

.

Requirements:

1. Strong background in

accounting/bookkeeping

(Tally/QuickBooks or equivalent knowledge preferred).

2. Prior experience in inventory management or process control.

Eye for detail, accuracy, and structured working approach.

3. Ability to work closely with the store manager and management for smooth operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
