Customer Service:
Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times.
Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
Team Leadership:
Train and develop staff to deliver outstanding customer service and sales performance.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Inventory Management:
Oversee inventory control, including stock levels, ordering, and merchandising.
Conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy and minimize shrinkage.
Visual Merchandising:
Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance product displays.
Ensure the store layout is attractive and aligns with brand guidelines.
Financial Management:
Manage the store budget, including payroll and expenses, to ensure profitability.
Prepare financial reports and forecasts as required.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment for both employees and customers.
Desired Candidate Skill:
Previous experience in retail management, preferably in jewellery or luxury goods.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Proficient in inventory management and sales analysis.
Knowledge of jewellery products and trends is a plus.
