Lead a team of retail staff, providing guidance on customer service standards, product knowledge, and performance expectations.
Conduct regular inventory management tasks such as ordering stock, managing returns & exchanges, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
3-8 years of experience in Store or retail management with expertise in hotels or similar industries.
Strong understanding of beverage industry trends and consumer behavior.
Excellent communication skills for effective leadership and customer interaction.
Ability to analyze data to inform business decisions (e.g., sales reports).
