Key Responsibilities
Oversee complete store operations, including inventory, staff supervision, and customer experience.
Drive sales performance, manage shrinkage, and ensure profitability.
Schedule staff shifts, delegate tasks, and conduct performance reviews.
Maintain high customer service standards and resolve customer complaints effectively.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for restocking.
Ensure store hygiene, safety protocols, and cleanliness are upheld.
Manage billing accuracy, cash handling, and the POS system.
Prepare and submit sales and operational reports to management.
Implement company promotions, policies, and visual merchandising.
Onboard and train new staff; support development of existing team members.
Qualifications & Skills
Plus Two / Bachelor's Degree preferred
Strong team leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with POS systems, MS Office
Ability to handle customer issues calmly and professionally.
