Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Chennai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing existing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and leading a team of sales executives. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for market research, sales forecasting, and creating strategies to increase market share.

Qualifications

1-2 years of proven work experience as a Sales Manager Sales and Business Development skills Ability to achieve sales targets and manage client accounts Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Familiarity with CRM software Leadership and team management skills Market research and sales forecasting skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders Experience in the construction industry is a plus Need to travel as required MBA in Sales & Marketing Preferred

Benefits

Salary will be fixed to Rs.20,000/- per month. Incentives will be provided after 3 months. Accommodation will be provided by the company
