Key Responsibilities:
Store Operations:
Oversee daily shop operations and ensure a premium customer experience.
Inventory & Stock:
Manage stock levels efficiently, handle audits, and ensure zero discrepancies.
Sales Leadership:
Drive sales targets and use your negotiation skills to close deals.
Team Management:
Lead by example and manage store staff effectively.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 10 years in retail (Fashion/Clothing background preferred).
Skills:
Strong inventory management, negotiation, and sales skills.
Tech Savvy:
Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Billing software) is required.
Salary:
?35,000 - ?50,000 per month (Based on experience and skills).
