Oversee daily tasks, opening/closing and maintaining store cleanliness/safety.
Inventory Management:
Track stock, manage levels, arrange displays, process receipts/issues, conduct audits, and report on slow-moving items.
Sales & Customer Service:
Assist customers, resolve issues, implement sales strategies, and ensure high satisfaction.
Staff Management:
Train, supervise, and motivate store associates.
Reporting:
Prepare sales, inventory, and financial reports for management.
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, plus safety standards (ISO, OHSAS).
Essential Skills
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of retail operations, inventory systems and MS Office.
Problem-solving and strategic thinking for profitability.
